The room was very basic, but you get what you pay for so no complaints there. The twin beds were fairly small so if you are a bigger/taller person you have to maybe reconsider or don't share a room and get a queen bed. It was fine for us though, and the bedding was clean and fresh. The pillows (one per bed) were also tiny and soft so keep that in mind if this is an issue to you. There is no toothbrush or toiletries except for a top to toe wash so bring your own. I always do that anyway. There are towels but those are thin and could be improved. However, they do the job anyway. Happy that they have a bidet by the way! The rooms also look new and seem clean and maintained well. This place is perfect if you just need an affordable place to stay in Ortigas for a short time. They have free parking in the building which was great! There is also a 7-11 on the ground floor!

Very clean and staff were all super friendly. Strong water pressure and strong AC. Water dispenser at each floor. Also the nice guards made me feel very safe. Central location - 5 min walk to malls, at the back are lots of eating options (starbucks, pancake house, jollibee, pugon) and a laundry shop. Several 7-11s around where you can get a SIM and top-up your Grab app. During peak hour traffic, the back entrance is better for pickup/dropoff. Already booked again for my next holiday. 😃

The rooms were an adequate size with a very good toilet and shower. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping kept that up. Good security in place with key cards required to operate the lifts and very efficient and friendly security staff The staff, from front desk, security and housekeeping, etc. were very efficient, friendly and helpful and all went out of their way to help. As soon as you enter the reception area you can smell the freshness and cleanliness

The room was very comfortable, and since it was a family room, it worked perfectly for us. My mom and sister were especially happy with the space and amenities. It provided a cozy and relaxing environment, making it a great choice for families. Overall, we were all pleased with the room and its comfort.

Budget inn hotel that's right to budget consciuos family. We tavelled as a family group, they made sure they booked us on a adjoining family rooms. 2 mins walking distance to SM Megamall, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Good parking and all staff are courteous and helpful.
